If Harry Potter did not exist, I would have to call this series my favorite and even then, it is seriously competing. It is far more deserving of a large fandom than anything like say, Twilight? I love it and I really force encourage anyone to read them. The true art of these books is that if one was too give this book a genre it would be sci-fi and I think, considering the boring nature of any typical sci-fi, film or book, if one has the mastery and skill to disguise this fact and make it not only epic but interesting, you know it's good especially when this story does in fact employ a dystopian edge. Worth every second on the page and reading it is just so darn addictive!
