Thomaston,
(two buildings south of the Thomaston Opera House.)

Directions

From the north (Torrington, Winsted, etc.)

  1. Take CT-8 South towards Waterbury
  2. Take exit 40 for CT-222/N main St towards Thomaston (on rt)
  3. Continue straign
  4. Merge onto North Main St.
  5. The library parking lot is located past the next light on the right, just after the Church next to the Opera House.

Route 8 South to Exit 39 (US 6 / Bristol).

  1. Turn right onto East Main Street (US 6 W)
  2. Bear left at Band Stand, bear left at light onto Main Street.
  3. The library parking lot is located past the next light on the right, just after the Church next to the Opera House.


From the east (Bristol, Terryville, etc.)

  1. Route US 6 W towards Thomaston, go through the center of Plymouth.Continue straight down hill over bridge onto East Main Street, Thomaston. Bear left at Band Stand, bear left at light ontoMain Street.
  2. The library parking lot is located past the next light on the right, just after the Church next to the Opera House.

From the south (Waterbury, etc.)

  1. Route 8 North to Exit 38 (US 6 / CT 109 / CT 254)
  2. Turn left onto Waterbury Road
  3. Continue straight 1.4 miles on South Main Street to Main Street.
  4. Turn left after rotary garden on left, into the library parking lot.

From the north / west

  1. From Litchfield- Route 254 to Thomaston - Turn left onto South Main Street (US 6 E).
  2. In 1/4 mile, turn left after rotary garden on left, into the library parking lot.
  3. From Morris - Route 109 to Thomaston - Turn left onto Watertown Rd., left onto South Main St.
  4. In 1 mile, turn left after rotary garden on left, into the library parking lot.
  5. From - Route US 6 E to Thomaston - Turn left onto South Main St.
  6. In 1 mile, turn left after rotary garden on left,into the library parking lot.
